The Foundation offers a range of training options that can be delivered in a public course format or in an in-house format tailored to meet your needs.  These are designed to provide you and your staff with an understanding of the fundamentals of business excellence, the characteristics of world-class organisations, the use of quality tools, how to evaluate your organisation against best practice frameworks and how to prioritise and turn opportunities for improvement into action.

Developing & Deploying a Strategic Plan

This workshop will provide your organisation with the knowledge to make decisions and take action in developing and deploying a Strategic Plan. Strategic Plans establish your organisational ideology, long-term goals and objectives, and how you will meet those challenges. This session will provide a framework for assessing those goals and objectives against desired business outcomes.

Balanced Scorecard & Performance Measures Workshop

This course has been designed for both

·1 experienced Project Managers who wish to learn PRINCE2® and gain the accreditation

·2 those who have little experience in project management and wish to learn more about the subject

The course emphasis is on the practical application of PRINCE2® in the real world, but participants will also be prepared to gain PRINCE2® formal qualifications.

September Business Process Mapping This is a practical 1 or 2 day workshop for people who wish to learn how to map Business Processes. Although the theory is covered, it is very much hands-on and provides practical experience on 2 process mapping techniques.

Previous experience in process mapping is not required. If, however, you have some experience in process mapping then this workshop will help you make future projects more successful.
