finding made during the independent and consensus process of the
evaluation

A Feedback Report is then written to
provide the Applicant with understanding of the evaluation teams
finding

Awards improvement includes reviewing the
awards process and identifying improvement opportunities for the
following year

Personal feedback from the evaluation team
who provide confidential feedback on your performance in the team
