| The New Zealand Business Excellence Awards are the
highest level of national recognition that a New Zealand organisation
can receive. It is the only programme that is aligned with other
international award processes run in the US, UK, Asia, Europe and
Australia. The success of the programme is dependent upon the volunteers who evaluate the Award applications. National Evaluators make major contributions, both to the national effort to recognise and promote performance excellence, and to the organisations that participate in the programme by imparting their time and knowledge. Unique Opportunity Each year the Award Programme recruits managers from New Zealand organisations nationwide to serve as National Evaluators. This is a unique experience. If you want to build your knowledge, skills and understanding of world-class management practices and observe some best practices occurring in New Zealand organisations, then this is the opportunity to do so. Past National Evaluators have described the experience as being akin to a mini MBA and of serving on the Panel as being of enormous benefit to their organisational and career objectives.
